SHIPPING & RETURNS

Lil’ Sugar Children's Boutique strives to provide our customers with the highest quality merchandise and a fabulous shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your on-line, non-custom item, you may return it, for a refund, exchange, or store credit within 10 days from the date received. Returned items must be unused and in their original condition. Clothing items must not have been worn and tags must be attached. Upon receipt of your approved return, Lil' Sugar will issue a refund, store credit, or ship the item you selected in exchange.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping costs. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.  This also applies to orders that have qualified for free shipping.

Custom-designed items, personalized items, and other made-to-order items require payment in full upon order, and cannot be returned or exchanged.

All custom or special order items,  seasonal items,  & sale items are final sale. 

Our goal is to ship within 2 days, but sometimes due to sales or holidays may take up to 4-6 business days. Once your item has been shipped you will receive an email with the tracking number.
